This past March 10th the 96th Academy Awards took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. The event brought together some of the biggest filmmakers in Hollywood, but what we are here to celebrate is Full Sail’s successful alumni.

More than 10 alumni were credited on several Oscar-winning projects across 11 different categories. These graduates assisted in the creation of films that not only do you know, but you must certainly love. Projects include the wonderful Barbie, the long-awaited Oppenheimer, the comedic drama of American Fiction, and much more.

Full Sail makes sure to celebrate its students, open doors to opportunity and expand the horizons of those that dream of becoming part of the entertainment industry. Regarding the multiple Academy Award wins, the Vice President of Alumni Relations, Jay Noble, said “Congratulations to our graduates who continue to serve as an inspiration throughout our university community. The tremendous impact that our graduates made on Oscar nominated and winning projects this year is awe-inspiring.”

Jay Noble couldn’t be more correct. Nothing speaks higher about a university than it’s alumni’s success. If you are not familiar with Full Sail but dream about working in entertainment, you need to delve deeper into what Full Sail has to offer. Fortunately, we broke it down for you here.
